For this case study, we spoke with Mark Pack about the career changes he’s made over the past few years. Mark began his working life in IT, but quickly moved on to working with the Liberal Democrats in their online department, a position he kept for for 10 years.
Mark now works as the Head of Digital at Mandate, where he advises on how to utilise the online world in the PR and Communications industry. We asked him to share his advice on choosing careers.
